Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my About Me page!.
I've worked in the Information Technology and Telecommunication fields since the early '80s in areas such as local and wide area networking, application development, systems administration, and product management. Most recently, I worked at a small communications company as a Product Manager for a hosted voice-over-IP (VoIP) PBX/Centrex service providing local and long distance voice calling over a high-speed Internet connection.
Unfortunately, due to the company's overspending on infrastructure build-outs without customer demand, and poor economy, I was finally a victim of downsizing (though the company called it "rightsizing" to make them feel better) and was laid-off.
And so, with free time on my hands, I was able to devote energy to some of my interests. Two of which are horses and Internet marketing. Thus, the Front Range Frenzy website was born. It was also created out of necessity as well in order to bring in a little income since I no longer collect a corporate paycheck.
The 'we' that is referred to on the website include my wife and two children who help out whenever they can.
This is Dancer's Secret, our horse pictured here, but we call her 'Seeker.' She's an
American Saddlebred with lots of wonderful personality. My wife and two children moved to a rural area just outside of
a quaint little town located about 45 miles Southeast of Denver, Colorado in 1996 where we are farmer hobbyists.
We have just enough space and land, and are far enough outside of city limits and away from neighbors to have a few
large animals, and can grow a large vegetable garden in the summer.
